hereby cordially invite to the

Our previous conferences in 2014 and 2015, dedicated to the public procurement law reform and utilities sector have been highly appreciated by the participants, therefore we have decided to start a series of conferences on above mentioned topics.
The aim of 2016 conference is further analysis of the regulation on public procurement system. The subject of the analysis will be both new European Union directives adopted in 2014 and Polish regulations. Our discussion will in particular concern strategic procurement meaning green procurement, innovation and social aspects.
The conference is divided into separate discussion panels concerning:
I. Reform of the EU and Polish legal systems
II. Green Procurement
IV. Social Aspects
The presentations will be given by, among others, representatives of European Commission Public Procurement Office, Polish and foreign Universities and practitioners using public procurement law acts on daily basis. Our Key Speakers will be prof. Sue Arrowsmith, University of Nottingham, UK and prof. Chris Bovis, University of Hull, UK. We also invited many representatives of Polish and foreign universities.
The conference is addressed to all those interested in public procurement: authorities, contractors, academics and practitioners. Law analysis will be therefore conducted in the context of practical issues and problems of contracting parties during public procurement procedure.
