“REFORM OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW II. Utilities sector and PPP”
which will be held on 8-9th of October 2015
at the Faculty of Law and Administration of University of Lodz, Poland.
Our previous conference in 2014 on reform of public procurement law have been highly appreciated by the participants, therefore we have decided to start a series of conferences on above mentioned topics. The aim of 2015 conference is further analysis of the regulation on public procurement system. The subject of the analysis will be both new European Union directives adopted in 2014 and Polish regulations.
The conference is addressed to all those interested in public procurement: authorities, contractors, academics and practitioners. Law analysis will be therefore conducted in the context of practical issues and problems of contracting parties during public procurement procedure.
The conference is divided into separate discussion panels concerning: reform of EU law, current and planned amendments in Polish procurement law, problems in energy, watern and sewage and transport sector as well as problems related to implementing PPP.
The presentations will be given by, among others, representatives of European Comission, Public Procurement Office, Polish and foreign Universities and practitioners using public procurement law acts on daily basis.
Publication of all presentations and other submitted articles is planned in a form of a monograph.
